Sponsor Warrant definition

Sponsor Warrant means an Acquiror Warrant held by any of the Sponsors as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Sponsor Warrant means a LACQ Warrant held by a Sponsor or its Affiliates.
Sponsor Warrant shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

Sponsor Warrant and “Stockholder Warrant” in Sections 5.6(c) and 5.6(d) shall be deleted.
