Sponsored Products definition

Sponsored Products means all products proposed in the Sponsor’s Sponsorship Offer that meet or exceed the Requirement Specifications and that have been accepted in the Letter of Acceptance, and which the Sponsor is required to supply under the Contract, including technical documentation, parts or units thereof;
Sponsored Products means all products sold commercially by Business.
Sponsored Products means Products supplied by CSL under the Deed for which CSL has obligations as a sponsor under the TG Act; and CSL’s legislative obligations‌

  • The School shall have the right to require the Sponsor to provide samples of the Sponsored Products to be supplied under the Contract for the School’s approval, and for such further samples as may be required until the School is satisfied, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the samples submitted are in accordance with the Requirement Specifications.

  • Upon the approval of the samples by the School, the Sponsor shall ensure that the Sponsored Products to be supplied under the Contract meet the standards of the approved samples.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the Sponsored Products shall be borne by the Sponsor from the time the Sponsored Products are received by the Sponsor for the purpose of modification, replacement, repair or rectification, until the modified, repaired, replaced or rectified Sponsored Products are received by the School.

  • In the event that any deficiencies in the Sponsored Products or Services become evident, the Sponsor shall immediately, at the School’s option, replace the Sponsored Products or re-perform the Services or perform remedial or corrective action.

  • If the Sponsor fails to deliver any Sponsored Products by the date(s) specified in the Contract[ (or such date(s) as may be agreed by the School’s appointed representative)], the School shall have the right to terminate the Contract pursuant to Clause 16.1, and to cancel the delivery of all or any of the Sponsored Products that have yet to be delivered.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Pharmaceutical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.
