Sponsorship Term definition

Sponsorship Term means the term during which the Sponsorship shall be effective set out on the Agreed Application Form, or where not stated the period starting on the date of formation of this Agreement in accordance with clause 2 of the Terms of Sale and ending on the day after the last day of the Relevant Event; and
Sponsorship Term has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.3;

  • Upon signing this Sponsorship Term Sheet, the Parties agree to utilize professional mediation to resolve contractual disputes that cannot be mutually resolved between both parties.

  • During the Sponsorship Term, Buyers shall have the option of either having Launch continue to own the URL "Warxxxxxxx.xxx" (the "URL") and operating the website located at www.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx (xhe "Website"), or requesting Launch to transfer the ownership of the URL and the Website to the Buyers (with Buyers paying all reasonable costs in connection with such transfer) and operating the Website themselves, in which case, Launch shall reasonably comply and assist with such transfer.

  • During the Sponsorship Term, the Buyers (other than Vans) shall not own, sponsor or sell sponsorships in a summer tour which combines punk rock music with extreme sports.

  • Sponsorship will renew automatically unless the Sponsor delivers written notice of non-renewal to Linux Foundation Europe: ! ! on or before the first day of the last month of its Initial Sponsorship Term, or ! ! by 1 December of any calendar sponsorship year.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any sponsorships granted hereunder during the Sponsorship Term (or extensions thereto) shall permit exercise of Sponsorship Rights with respect to such sponsorship during the negotiated term of such sponsorship even if the sponsorship extends beyond the Sponsorship Term, subject to continued compliance with the terms hereof, including but not limited to, any payment obligations of Section 6.

  • Should a change occur, XXXX will work with Sponsor to allocate Custom Credit within the Sponsorship Term.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you.   • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence.   • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Severance Term means the twenty-four (24) month period following Executive’s termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Long Term Occasional Teacher means an Occasional Teacher who is employed for more than ten (10) consecutive instructional days as a replacement for one teacher.

  • transitional period means the period starting on the commencement date and ending three months after that date.

  • Coverage Period means the time period specified on the Declarations Page beginning on the effective date and ending on the expiration date. All dates are as of 12:01 AM in the time zone of the Policyholder.

  • Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.
