Sprint Common Stock definition

Sprint Common Stock means Common Stock, par value $2.50 per share, of the Corporation, as provided for in the Initial Charter Amendment.
Sprint Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Sprint Common Stock means the Sprint Series 1 Common Stock, the Sprint Series 2 Common Stock and the Sprint Non-Voting Common Stock.
