Stabilized Facility definition

Stabilized Facility means an Eligible Project with a Resident Occupancy of at least 85% and a ratio of Net Operating Income to Debt Service of not less than 1.25 to 1.00 measured for two consecutive fiscal quarters.
Stabilized Facility means any Facility that is not a Development Project and any Development Project Facility that has achieved Stabilization, individually and collectively.
Stabilized Facility means any one of them.
