Stable acceleration definition

Stable acceleration applicable when acceleration needs to be calculated is given when the acceleration ratio between awot_testPP-BB and awot test is less than or equal to 1.2.
Stable acceleration for the purpose of Annex 7 is based on the assumption of a constant acceleration over the complete measurement distance between AA' and BB' plus the vehicle length.
Stable acceleration applicable to all vehicles subject to this Regulation for low engine speed conditions, which eliminates power train reactions such as bumping and jerking.

  • Obligation Acceleration means one or more Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less than the Default Requirement have become due and payable before they would otherwise have been due and payable as a result of, or on the basis of, the occurrence of a default, event of default or other similar condition or event (however described), other than a failure to make any required payment, in respect of a Reference Entity under one or more Obligations.

  • Acceleration Date on any Security means the date, if any, on and after which the principal or any or all installments of interest, or both, are due and payable on any Security which has become accelerated pursuant to the terms of the Security.

  • Acceleration Event means the occurrence of an Event of Default (a) in respect of which Agent has declared all or any portion of the Obligations to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 10.2, (b) pursuant to Section 10.1(a), and in respect of which Agent has suspended or terminated the Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 10.2, and/or (c) pursuant to either Section 10.1(e) and/or Section 10.1(f).

  • Particle accelerator means any machine capable of accelerating electrons, protons, deuterons, or other charged particles in a vacuum and of discharging the resultant particulate or other radiation into a medium at energies usually in excess of one MeV. For purposes of this definition, "accelerator" is an equivalent term.

  • Acceleration Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 5.1(a), (d), (e) or (f), whatever the reason for such Acceleration Event of Default and whether it shall be voluntary or involuntary or be effected by operation of law or pursuant to any judgment, decree or order of any court or any order, rule or regulation of any administrative or governmental body.

  • Liquidity Event of Default with respect to any Liquidity Facility, has the meaning assigned to such term in such Liquidity Facility.

  • Acceleration as defined in Subsection 9.1(e).

  • Swap Provider Trigger Event A Swap Termination Payment that is triggered upon: (i) an Event of Default under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is a Defaulting Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement), (ii) a Termination Event under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement) or (iii) an Additional Termination Event under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party.

  • Class A-2 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Default Under First Lien With respect to each Second Lien Loan, the related First Lien Loan related thereto is in full force and effect, and there is no default, breach, violation or event which would permit acceleration existing under such first Mortgage or Mortgage Note, and no event which, with the passage of time or with notice and the expiration of any grace or cure period, would constitute a default, breach, violation or event which would permit acceleration thereunder;

  • Class B Maturity Date means the January 2040 Distribution Date.

  • Senior Accelerated Distribution Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date occurring on or prior to the 60th Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, any Loan Group, 100%. With respect to any Distribution Date thereafter and any such Loan Group, if applicable, as follows:

  • Loan Event of Default means any of the events specified in Section 5.1 of the Loan Agreement, provided that any requirement for the giving of notice, the lapse of time, or both, or any other condition, event or act has been satisfied.

  • Net Note Rate means, with respect to each Note, the applicable Note Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Liquidity Provider Ratings Event Termination Date means the date established by the Tender and Paying Agent, acting upon instructions of the Fund pursuant to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, for termination of the VRDP Purchase Agreement upon the occurrence of a Liquidity Provider Ratings Event, which date shall be not less than 16 days nor more than 30 days following such Liquidity Provider Ratings Event.

  • Collateral Event of Default has the meaning set forth in Section 13.01(b).

  • Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.

  • Class C Maturity Date is defined in the Indenture.

  • Financial Covenant Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(b).

  • Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.

  • Indenture Default means, with respect to any Indenture, any Event of Default (as such term is defined in such Indenture) thereunder.

  • Amortization Event has the meaning specified in Article IX.

  • Class A-4 Maturity Date means [ ] (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Final Maturity Date means the date that (i) is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Scheduled Termination Date or (ii) such earlier date on which the Loans become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.01.
