Stage II Services definition

Stage II Services means the completion of any service not included in the Stage I construction and the construction of the final course of asphalt pavement on roads, the construction of curbs and gutters, sidewalks, the sodding of boulevards, walkways, cul-de-sacs, the adjustment of all Stage I services to fit the Stage II construction, if necessary, the cleaning of sewers and any other necessary repair work to the Stage I services, driveway repair, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, may also include the planting of trees on the boulevards and any other service which may be required by the subdivision agreement;
Stage II Services. Upon written notice to proceed from Client, DTC shall provide, either directly or under a subcontract with TIC, the services described in this Section 1 to move the Project towards execution of a final EPC Contract between Client and DTC for the purpose of performing complete design/build services for the Plant (the "Stage II Services"), as follows: 1.1.1 See Exhibits D and E from DTC Letter dated October 13, 2005.
Stage II Services. For the Stage II Services, as described in Section 1 above, Client shall pay DTC a fixed fee of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000). Client shall pay to DTC the first Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) of such fee upon issuance of its notice to proceed to DTC, as set forth in Section 1 above. Client shall thereafter pay to DTC One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) thirty (30) days after issuance of its notice to proceed to DTC, One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) thirty (30) days after that, and the remaining One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) ten (10) days after delivery by DTC of a complete EPC Contract draft, as provided in Section 1 above. Failure to reach final agreement by the Parties with respect to terms and conditions contained in the EPC Contract shall not be deemed a failure to provide such a draft EPC Contract or relieve Client from payment of such final payment. In addition to the foregoing, Client shall bear the cost of all travel, room and board and related expenses incurred by DTC in connection with providing such Stage II Services, with reimbursements based on actual costs.

Examples of Stage II Services in a sentence

  • The Subdivider or his Engineer, not less than sixty days prior to the expiration of the guaranteed maintenance period of Stage I or Stage II Services, as the case may be, shall contact the Construction Engineer to arrange for a joint inspection of the services.

  • The terms and conditions of Sections , 7.4, 9 (for a period of 3 years following termination), 10, 11 and paragraph 2(b) of Stage II Services Exhibit A (until such time as ISC has duly registered a replacement for the Resident Representative) shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason.

  • The Commissioner of Operations will issue a Certificate of Final Acceptance of the Stage I or Stage II Services as the case may be.

  • It is noted that in the case of Stage I Services, they shall be guaranteed and maintained for two years or until a Certificate of Provisional Acceptance of the Stage II Services is issued, whichever event shall last occur.

Related to Stage II Services

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Corporate Services Agreement means the Corporate Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and the Services Provider, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
