Standard Consumer Warehouse Undertakings means representations, warranties, covenants, Consumer Warehouse Repurchase Obligations and indemnities entered into by the Consumer Warehouse Subsidiary pursuant to the Consumer Warehouse Loan Documents that are customary in a consumer warehouse financing, including those relating to the servicing of the assets of the Consumer Warehouse Subsidiary.

Standard Consumer Warehouse Undertakings means representations, warranties, covenants, Consumer Warehouse Repurchase Obligations and indemnities entered into by the Consumer Warehouse Subsidiary pursuant to the Consumer Warehouse Loan Documents that are customary in a consumer warehouse financing, including those relating to the servicing of the assets of the Consumer Warehouse Subsidiary. “Standby Purchase Agreement” means that certain standby purchase agreement referred to in Section 3(c) of the Fifth Amendment. “Subrogation Rights” has the meaning specified in Section 9.15(c). “Subsidiary” of a Person means a corporation, company, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company or other business entity of which a majority of the shares of securities or other interests having ordinary voting power for the election of directors or other governing body (other than securities or interests having such power only by reason of the happening of a contingency) are at the time beneficially owned, or the management of which is otherwise controlled, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, or both, by such Person.   • Cooperative procurement means procurement conducted by, or on behalf of:

Pre-consumer Material does not include mill and manufacturing trim, scrap, or broken material that is generated at a manufacturing site and commonly reused on-site in the same or another manufacturing process.

  • Consumer fireworks means fireworks devices that are designed to produce visible effects by combustion, that are required to comply with the construction, chemical composition, and labeling regulations promulgated by the United States consumer product safety commission under 16 CFR parts 1500 and 1507, and that are listed in APA standard 87-1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.5. Consumer fireworks does not include low-impact fireworks.

  • Standard fertility preservation services means procedure based upon current evidence-based standards of care established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, or other national medical associations that follow current evidence-based standards of care.

  • Bulk Consumer means a consumer such as the Departments of Central Government like Railways, Defense, Telecom, Posts and Telegraph, the Department of State Government, the Undertakings, Boards and other agencies or companies who purchase hundred or more than hundred batteries per annum.

  • FIRM PROCUREMENT means the agreement between the parties for mutually agreed terms and conditions with commitment of Quantity Ordered.

  • Consumer-goods transaction means a consumer transaction in which:

The scores from educator practice instruments for teaching staff members other than teachers, Principals, Vice Principals, and Assistant Principals may be applied to the teaching staff member’s summative evaluation rating in a manner determined by the school district.

  • Postconsumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Postconsumer material is a part of the broader category of “recovered material.”

  • Manufactured/mobile home means either a manufactured home or a mobile home;
