Standard Maintenance Window definition

Standard Maintenance Window consists of a weekly maintenance hour between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. Pacific Time every second and fourth Friday of each month or at such other time on Saturday or Sunday as may be scheduled from time to time with ten day prior notice to Customer.
Standard Maintenance Window means the period of time weekly from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) or 11 p.m. CST to 2 a.m. CST each Wednesday, based on Your choice, when EFT Arcus may not be Available due to the performance of Planned Maintenance Downtime. Globalscape will provide notice to You at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of any such Planned Maintenance Downtime. Globalscape may shorten such Standard Maintenance Window.
Standard Maintenance Window means a biweekly maintenance period between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time, every second and fourth Friday of each month. Twice annually this maintenance period may be six hours between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time, provided Anthem is notified at least ten days in advance of the period.

  • Fusion Practices will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer four (4) days in advance of downtime planned for a Standard Maintenance Window.

  • If there is a need for a change outside the hours of the Standard Maintenance Window, the resulting Non-Standard Maintenance Window will require a formal approval from the CUIT business service owner.
