Standard Plan means the insurance plan with terms and conditions and the benefit schedule equivalent to the minimum compliant product requirements of VHIS, which are from time to time published and subject to regular review by the Government.
Remarketing Materials means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any other information furnished by the Company to the Remarketing Agent for distribution to investors in connection with the Remarketing.

Standard Interface means an interface that either is an official standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that is widely used among developers working in that language.

Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.
Standard Premium means the basic premium for the coverage under this Certified Plan, as charged by the Company to the Policy Holder on an overall Portfolio basis, which may be adjusted in accordance with the Age, gender and/or lifestyle factors of the Insured Person.
Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;
Standard Provisions mean these Standard Provisions that form a part of the Certificate of Designations relating to the Designated Preferred Stock.

Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.
Marketing Material means bank books, bank information memoranda, offering memoranda, offering circulars, road show presentations, prospectuses, registration statements and other information packages, similar materials and marketing materials (including, to the extent necessary, an additional bank information memorandum that does not include material non-public information), in each case, prepared in connection with the Financing and reasonably requested by Parent or the Financing Sources that is customarily delivered in connection with debt financings of the type being arranged.
Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.
