Standard Redemption definition

Standard Redemption means any Redemption, Series A Preferred Redemption, Series B Preferred Redemption, Series C Preferred Redemption or Series D Preferred Redemption that is not an Accelerated Redemption.
Standard Redemption means the redemption of ETI Securities in accordance with the Conditions by an ETI Securityholder which is not also an Authorised Participant.
Standard Redemption means the redemption of ETI Securities in accordance with the Conditions for an ETI Security holder which is not also an Authorised Participant.

Examples of Standard Redemption in a sentence

  • If Lessor sells returned the Property to any third party within [***] months after Lessee returns such the Property to Lessor under this Article 25, and the net amount of the sales proceeds less Taxes and Public Dues, sales commission and any other necessary costs exceeds the Standard Redemption Price of the Property as of the Return Date, Lessor shall pay to Lessee [***] % of the balance of such net amount and the Standard Redemption Price.

  • The “Series B Base Redemption Price” shall equal (1) the Original Issue Price per share of Series B Stock, if the Series B Standard Redemption Price is applicable, or (2)(A) the Series B Standard Redemption Price per share plus (B) 50% of the amount by which the Series B FMV Redemption Price per share exceeds the Series B Standard Redemption Price per share, if the Series B FMV Redemption Price is applicable.

  • The “Series B Redemption Price” per share of Series B Stock shall equal the greater of (i) the Original Issue Price per share of Series B Stock plus all accrued but unpaid Dividends and Dividends to accrue (but not paid) through the final scheduled date of redemption of such share of Series B Stock (the “Series B Standard Redemption Price”), or (ii) the Fair Market Value per share of Series B Stock (the “Series B FMV Redemption Price”).

  • The “Series A Redemption Price” per share of Series A Stock shall equal the greater of (i) the Original Issue Price per share of Series A Stock plus all accrued but unpaid Dividends and Dividends to accrue (but not paid) through the final scheduled date of redemption of such share of Series A Stock (the “Series A Standard Redemption Price”), or (ii) the Fair Market Value per share of Series A Stock (the “Series A FMV Redemption Price”).

  • With respect to each Individual Transaction, the Lessee and the Lessors shall execute a new agreement on the amount of the Lease Fees, Purchase Option Exercise Price, Return Adjustment, Standard Redemption Price and Liquidated Damages on the assumption of the actual Property Purchase Price and the Delivery Date.

  • The “Series C Remaining Redemption Price” shall equal (1) all accrued but unpaid Dividends (the “Series C Remaining Dividends”), if the Series C Standard Redemption Price is applicable, or (2) 50% of the amount by which the Series C FMV Redemption Price per share exceeds the Series C Standard Redemption Price per share (the “Series C Remaining FMV”), if the Series C FMV Redemption Price is applicable.

  • The “Series C Redemption Price” per share of Series C Stock shall equal the greater of (i) the Original Issue Price per share of Series C Stock plus all accrued but unpaid Dividends and Dividends to accrue (but not paid) through the final scheduled date of redemption of such share of Series C Stock (the “Series C Standard Redemption Price”), or (ii) the Fair Market Value per share of Series C Stock (the “Series C FMV Redemption Price”).

  • In such a case the agreed amount of the Lease Fees, Purchase Option Exercise Price, Return Adjustment, Standard Redemption Price and Liquidated Damages, together with the actual Property Purchase Price, Delivery Date and Lease Interest Rate, shall be made in writing and attached to each Certificate of Lease in the form of Attachment 2.

  • The “Series A Base Redemption Price” shall equal (1) the Original Issue Price per share of Series A Stock, if the Series A Standard Redemption Price is applicable, or (2)(A) the Series A Standard Redemption Price per share plus (B) 50% of the amount by which the Series A FMV Redemption Price per share exceeds the Series A Standard Redemption Price per share, if the Series A FMV Redemption Price is applicable.

  • Standard Redemption Price: The price calculated for the return date stipulated in Article 25, paragraph 1, pursuant to Section 8 of Attachment 1.

Related to Standard Redemption

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Special Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Tax Redemption Date means, when used with respect to any Note to be redeemed pursuant to a Tax Redemption, the date fixed for such Tax Redemption pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Mandatory Redemption means a redemption of ETP Securities in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Make-whole Redemption Rate means the sum, as calculated by the Make-whole Calculation Agent, of the Benchmark Rate and the Make-whole Margin.

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).
