Stanford Agreement definition

Stanford Agreement means that certain Co-Exclusive Agreement, dated April 23, 1997, between Gen-Probe and Stanford, as amended. A copy of the Stanford Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Stanford Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(d)(i).
