Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);
Board of appeals means the local board of appeals as created by local ordinance.
Appeals Board means the commissioners and deputy commissioners of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board acting en banc, in panels, or individually.
National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed by the President under section 207(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;
Division of hearings and appeals means the division of hearings and appeals in the department of administration.
Board of County Commissioners (also “BOCC”) means the elected board in whom all powers of the County are vested and who are responsible for the proper and efficient administration of the County government.
Appeal Tribunal means the all-citizen Tribunal duly appointed by Council to conduct hearings under this By-law; (200-08)
State Fair Hearing means the process set forth in subpart E of part 431 of CFR Title 42. State Fiscal Year (SFY) means 12 calendar months commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 following or the 12-month period for which the State budgets funds.
Appeal Panel means a panel comprised of a chair and two individuals appointed by the Board to consider appeals under Chapter 7.
County Council means Greenville County Council, the governing body of the County.
Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the district;
District Council means a district council within the meaning of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972(7);
Appeals Tribunal or “AT” means the Body responsible for hearing and determining appeals set out in section 9;
Community action agency means a nonprofit eleemosynary corporation created pursuant to Chapter 45, Title 43 providing, among other things, weatherization services to a homeowner or tenant.
Compact commissioner means: the voting representative of each compacting state appointed pursuant to Article VIII of this compact.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.
Board of Commissioners means a county board of commissioners.
County board means a county board of developmental disabilities.
District board means the board of directors of the district.
Authority board means the Board of Directors of the Authority.
Regional Committee means a Regional Committee constituted under these articles;
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Executive commissioner means the executive
Appeal authority means the executive authority of the municipality or any other body or institution outside of the municipality authorised by that municipality to assume the obligations of an appeal authority for purposes of appeals lodged in terms of the Act;
Local board means a school board, public utility, commission, transportation commission, public library board, board of park management, local board of health, board of commissioners of police, planning board, or any other board, commission, committee, body or local authority established or exercising any power or authority under any general or special Act with respect to any of the affairs or purposes, including school purposes, of the municipality or any part or parts thereof;
