State Buildings Programs definition

State Buildings Programs means an entity of the Department of Personnel & Administration of the Executive Branch of the State government or designee as shall be established to perform statutory responsibilities current at any time during the performance of this Agreement.

  • A completed Certificate of Insurance shall be filed with the Principal Representative and State Buildings Programs within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Award, said Certificate to specifically state the inclusion of the coverages and provisions set forth herein and shall state whether the coverage is “claims made” or “per occurrence”.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
