State Level Empowered Committee definition
State Level Empowered Committee means the State Level Empowered Committee constituted under Section 12;
State Level Empowered Committee means State Level Empowered Committee constituted by the Government headed by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts having the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services as Member Secretary or his nominee and an official representative nominated by the Insurance Company as members.
State Level Empowered Committee means the committee established by Government of Orissa and chaired by the Development Commissioner of the Project Implementing Entity, and whose members include the Engineer-in-Chief- cum-Secretary of Works, Secretary Finance, Secretary ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Secretary Revenue, Chief Engineer (Roads), and Chief Engineer (World Bank Projects), or any successor or successors thereto.
