State of destination definition

State of destination means any State to which a shipment of waste is planned or made for disposal or recovery, or for loading on board before disposal at sea without prejudice to existing conventions on disposal at sea;
State of destination means the State in the territory of which the consignment is finally to be unloaded from an aircraft;
State of destination means a State to which a transboundary movement is planned or takes place;

  • If the competent authority of the State of destination of a document so requests, a translation certified as being in conformity with the original must be furnished.

  • Member States shall lay down the inspection measures referred to in paragraph 1 in order to ensure compliance with Article 3(4), (5) and (7) or Article 5(2), where the Member State of destination avails itself of one of the options listed in the abovementioned Articles.

State of destination means the State into which a transfer of an entitlement or allocation is, or is to be, made;

This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
