Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. (a) The Account Holder will send copies of all statements and confirmations for each Account simultaneously to the Secured Party and the Grantor.
(b) When the Account Holder knows of any claim or interest in any Account or any property (including, without limitation, funds and financial assets) credited to any Account other than the claims and interests of the parties referred to in this Agreement, the Account Holder will promptly notify the Secured Party and the Grantor of such claim or interest.

Transfer Agent will send copies of all monthly statements and daily confirmations concerning the Pledged Shares simultaneously to each of Debtor and Secured Party at the addresses set forth in Section 16 of this Agreement. If any person asserts any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against any of the Pledged Shares, Transfer Agent will promptly notify Secured Party and Debtor thereof.

(a) The Account Holder will send copies of all statements and confirmations for the Pledged Account simultaneously to the Pledgor and the Trustee. So long as the Trustee and the Account Holder are the same institution, the Account Holder is not required to send copies of statements and confirmations as provided in the preceding sentence.
(b) When the Account Holder knows of any claim or interest in the Pledged Account or any property credited to the Pledged Account other than the claims and interests of the parties referred to in this Agreement, the Account Holder will promptly notify the Trustee and the Pledgor of such claim or interest.

The Escrow Agent will send copies of all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Escrow Account simultaneously to the Company and the Trustee at the addresses set forth in Section 12(f) of this Agreement. If any person asserts in writing any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Escrow Account or in any Financial Asset carried therein, the Escrow Agent will promptly notify the Company and the Trustee thereof.
