Status Updates definition

Status Updates means additional information and details from QUMU Customer Support Services personnel that represents their findings and next steps regarding a Support Request that are provided within the ticket, via email and or via a telephone call.
Status Updates means the updates provided by Cisco on the status of a support ticket. Status Updates will be provided via email and include current state, most recent findings / updates (if any available) and next update time.
Status Updates. Weekly until identified estimated time can be given. Severity 1 & 2 can only exceed required resolution time frames with an approved exception. Exceptions can only be authorized by specific managers and will be noted in the appropriate tracking mechanism under a specific field for that purpose. All exceptions must be continuously updated until resolved.

  • Status Quo means the arrangements in place prior to the Dispute arising. This includes the performance, operation and management of all work and rates of pay and allowances. Total Cost of Work means the total value of the project declared to QLeave or NT Build.

  • Covenant Compliance Worksheet means a fully completed worksheet in the form of Attachment A to Exhibit C.
