Steamship Guaranty definition

Steamship Guaranty has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09 hereof.
Steamship Guaranty means any steamship guaranty issued or made by NatWest in connection with a Letter of Credit.

  • Guaranty fund means the fund established by a local entity under Section 11-42-701.
