Stock Connect Authorities definition

Stock Connect Authorities means the exchanges, clearing systems, and regulators which provide services and/or regulate Stock Connect and activities relating to Stock Connect, including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, SFC, SEHK (and its relevant subsidiary), HKSCC, the People’s Bank of China, SCRC, SAFE, China Connect Market Operators, ChinaClear and any other regulator, agency or authority with jurisdiction or responsibility in respect of Stock Connect;
Stock Connect Authorities means the exchanges, clearing systems and governmental and regulatory bodies which provide services and/or regulate Stock Connect and activities relating to Stock Connect, including without limitation, SEHK, the relevant PRC Exchange, HKSCC, the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation ("CSDCC"), the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the People's Bank of China, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of Mainland China, the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and any other regulator, agency or authority with jurisdiction or responsibility in respect of Stock Connect.
Stock Connect Authorities means the regulators which regulate Stock Connect and activities relating to Stock Connect, including without limitation, the CSRC, the People’s Bank of China, SAFE, the SFC and any other regulator, agency or authoritywith jurisdiction, authority or responsibility in respect of Stock Connect.

Examples of Stock Connect Authorities in a sentence

  • HKSCC will in turn distribute the China Connect Securities and/or monies recovered to clearing participants on a pro-rata basis as prescribed by the relevant Stock Connect Authorities.

  • You are liable for any Loss incurred in connection with any such actions taken by SEHK, the China Connect Market Operator, or other Stock Connect Authorities.

  • Accordingly, you must comply with any requirements relating to Pre-Trade Checking mandated by the Stock Connect Authorities or as notified to you by us.

  • The CBI instructor must have age and subject appropriate certification/licensing to award academic credit, and must also teach the CBI related instruction course.

Stock Connect Authorities means the exchanges, clearing systems and regulators which provide services for any Stock Connect Programme or regulate any Stock Connect Programme or activities in relation thereto, including (but not limited to) the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the SFC, the SEHK and its associated companies, the HKSCC, the People’s Bank of China, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited and any other regulator, agency or authority with the jurisdiction or responsibility in respect of any Stock Connect Programme;
Stock Connect Authorities means the exchanges, clearing systems and governmental and regulatory bodies which provide services and/or regulate Stock Connect and activities relating to Stock Connect, including without limitation, SEHK, the relevant PRC Exchange, the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited ("HKSCC"), the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation ("CSDCC"), the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the People's Bank of China, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of Mainland China, the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and any other regulator, agency or authority with jurisdiction or responsibility in respect of Stock Connect.
