Stock Issuance Plan definition

Stock Issuance Plan means a plan, submitted pursuant to § 239.24 and con- taining the information required by§ 239.25, providing for the issuance of stock by a subsidiary holding company.
Stock Issuance Plan means a plan providing for the public issuance of securities by a subsidiary financial institution or a subsidiary holding company subject to the requirements of this Regulation.
