Stock Option Notice definition

Stock Option Notice means the written notice evidencing the award of the Options that correlates with and makes up a part of this Agreement.
Stock Option Notice means a notification by the Company to a Grantee pursuant to which a Grantee may purchase Common Stock under the Plan.
Stock Option Notice means a written notice from the Company to a Participant that establishes the terms, conditions, restrictions, and limitations applicable to the grant of stock option in addition to those established by this Plan and by the Committee.
