Examples of Stock Option Shares in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following Shares issued or delivered under this Plan shall not again be available for grant as described above: Shares tendered in payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option, Shares withheld by the Company or any Subsidiary to satisfy a tax withholding obligation, and Shares that are repurchased by the Company with Stock Option proceeds.

Related to Stock Option Shares

  • Option Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase one or more shares of the Company’s Common Stock granted under any of the Company Stock Plans.
