Storage Exit Point definition

Storage Exit Point means a point at which Natural Gas is offtaken from the Transmission System for injection to a Storage Facility;
Storage Exit Point means the Exit Point at the interconnection with storage facilities or groups thereof, the EIC number of which will be indicated in the Confirmation Notice;

Examples of Storage Exit Point in a sentence

  • The Transporter shall maintain a register of Shippers (the “ Inch Storage Register”) who are Registered Shippers at the Inch Storage Exit Point.

  • The Registered Shipper shall be liable to pay to the Transporter the applicable Tariff in respect of all Natural Gas allocated as offtaken by such Shipper at the Inch Storage Exit Point.

  • Charges in respect of the offtake of Natural Gas at the Inch Storage Exit Point will comprise the applicable Tariff.

  • A Shipper shall be required to be a Registered Shipper on the Inch Storage Register in order to have the right to make CSEP Exit Nominations and offtake Natural Gas from the Transmission System at the Inch Storage Exit Point.

  • Allocation calculations are performed separately at the Gas Storage Entry Point and the Gas Storage Exit Point.

  • Natural Gas shall be deemed to enter the Transportation System or be offtaken from the Transportation System (as the case may be) at the Inch Entry Point and the Inch Storage Exit Point respectively configured within the Inch Bi-Directional CSP.

  • All CSEP Exit Nominations at the Inch Storage Exit Point shall be Interruptible.

  • If the Shipper wishes to send a Nomination to the GTF along with Nominations for the Entry, Storage, Exit Point and Exit Zone, the nomination Terms and Conditions in Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport apply.

  • Publication of allocationsThe (provisional) allocations on the Gas Storage Entry Point and the Gas Storage Exit Point will be calculated every Hour in accordance with the applicable Allocation Rules and made available by on-line electronic transmission to TTF Customers and EnergyStock B.V.If the allocations are based on provisional measured quantities, final allocations shall be made available at the beginning of the following Month.

  • The Inch Bi-Directional CSP is located at Inch in County Cork and comprises the Inch Entry Point and the Inch Storage Exit Point.

Related to Storage Exit Point

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load. Refer to the Defense Transportation Regulation, DoD 4500.9-R, Part II, Chapter 203, for marking of 463L System pallets.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
