Examples of Storage Point in a sentence

  • If there are several Counterparties at the Storage Point, the Shipper shall state the quantities, expressed in kWh/Hour, to be delivered at or redelivered by each Counterparty.

  • The Natural Gas quantities, expressed in kWh/Hour, to be delivered at or redelivered from the Storage Point every Hour of the following Gas Day, together with Shipper Code for the Shipper’s Counterparty at the Storage Point.

  • At the Storage Point a quantity of Natural Gas is allocated to the Shippers every Hour corre- sponding to their Accepted Nomination for each Hour.

  • The Natural Gas quantity allocated to a Storage Customer at the Storage Point in each Hour (“Allocation”) shall be equal to the Accepted Nomination/Renomination in this Hour.

  • If Natural Gas made available at the Storage Point complies with the Quality and Delivery Specifications, GSD shall not be held liable for the Natural Gas unless otherwise follows from mandatory legislation.

  • At the Storage Point the liability and risk for the Natural Gas and the right of disposal to the Natural Gas shall pass from Energinet to Gas Storage Denmark and vice versa.In the Allocation Areas, at the Direct Sites, the Exit Point or the Network Separation Point the liability and risk for the Natural Gas and the right of disposal to such Natural Gas shall pass from Energinet to the Shipper.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
