Examples of Stored Product in a sentence

  • The Customer understands that this Agreement does not cover other pests including, but not limited to: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ants, Fire Ants, Tawny Ants, Bed Bugs, Bat Bugs, Brown Recluse Spiders, Mosquitoes, Stored Product Pests, Birds, Wildlife, Termites and other wood destroying organisms, or mold like conditions.

  • If a Consignment is mixed and stored in bulk with other product belonging to any Other Client or user of the Facility, resulting in any Consignment delivered by the Client ceasing to have a separate physical identity and becoming a quantity commingled within a stockpile of similar, then the Product will become Stored Product.

  • If it is determined by Kahiki, reasonably and in good faith, that it does not have sufficient space to offer all or a portion of the 200 pallet spaces to Townsends, Kahiki shall notify Townsends and Townsends may either (i) retrieve such Stored Product or (ii) cause Kahiki to provide alternative storage arrangements, the cost of which shall be assumed directly by Townsends or passed through to Townsends without markup.

Stored Product as used in this AGREEMENT shall mean that Product” stored in COMPANY facilities located within the DISTRICT on January 1 of any year of the Lease.
