Stored Product definition

Stored Product has the meaning given to that term in clause 9.2 of this Agreement.
Stored Product means any substance except liquid hydrocarbons, liquified petroleum gas, or dry natural gas which is injected into an underground storage cavity with the intent to remove the substance from the underground storage cavity at some future time. Stored product does not include water or other solvents injected into a cavity or well during solution mining to form an artificial brine.
Stored Product means the Product once stored until used in connection with Packaging. “Storage” means the storage of the Stored Product pursuant to the terms herein.”

More Definitions of Stored Product

Stored Product as used in this Agreement shall mean that “Product" stored in Bayport facilities located within the District on January 1 of any year of the Lease.

Stored Product as used in this Agreement shall mean that “Product" stored in INEOS improvements or Facilities located within the District/District Property on January 1 of any year of the Lease.

Related to Stored Product

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
