Storm events definition

Storm events means the runoff, rainfall or flood occurrence having a probability of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (e.g., a two-year event has a 50 percent probability of being equaled or exceeded in a given year; a 10- year event has a 10 percent probability; a 100-year event has a probability of 1 percent; etc.).
Storm events means the amount of precipitation which occurs over a 24-hour period and has a specified recurrence interval for the location of the property. For example, 10-year and 100-year storm events refer to the precipitation totals which occur over a 24-hour period which have respective recurrence intervals of 10-years and 100- years.

  • Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the collection system at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

If an adjustment is made to the Class B Units as herein provided, the Partnership shall promptly file in the books and records of the Partnership an officer’s certificate setting forth such adjustment and a brief statement of the facts requiring such adjustment, which certificate shall be conclusive evidence of the correctness of such adjustment absent manifest error. Upon the occurrence of such a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Master Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Master Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall be required, upon the direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, to appoint a subservicer with respect to such Non-Lead Securitization Note. Upon the occurrence of a Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Special Servicer affecting a Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder and the Special Servicer is not otherwise terminated pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall, upon direction of such Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder, terminate the Special Servicer with respect to, but only with respect to, the Mortgage Loan;

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Value Adjustment Event means, with respect to any Loan Asset, the occurrence of any one or more of the following events after the related Cut-Off Date:

  • Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Catastrophic Event : means an unforeseen event of biotic or abiotic nature caused by human action that leads to important disturbances of agricultural production systems and forest structures, eventually causing important economic damage to the farming or forestry sectors;

  • Issuer Event of Default means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of drayage truck owners and operators that threatens public health and safety or the reasonable flow of goods movement.

  • Events of Default has the meaning specified in Section 6.01.

  • Senior Event of Default means an Event of Default under a Senior Financing Agreement.

  • Control measure means any best management practice or stormwater facility, or other method used to minimize the discharge of pollutants to state waters.
