Storm water permit definition

Storm water permit means a written authorization made by the LWRD to the applicant to conduct land disturbing or land development activities in accordance with the requirements of this ordinance. A storm water permit regulates both construction site erosion and post-construction storm water runoff from a site.
Storm water permit means the City Storm Water Permit as adopted by the City.
Storm water permit means a permit issued to a permittee by the division for the permittee's municipal separate storm sewer system.
