Straddle Plant Receipt Point definition

Straddle Plant Receipt Point means the point at the inlet of Westcoast’s Meter Station No. 166 at which the facilities of the Straddle Plant connect with the Pipeline System and at which residue gas is delivered into the Pipeline System by the Straddle Plant Operator.
Straddle Plant Receipt Point means the point at the inlet of NorthRiver Midstream Inc.’s Meter Station No. 166 at which the facilities of the Straddle Plant connect with the pipeline facilities of North River Midstream Inc. and at which residue gas is delivered into the pipeline facilities of NorthRiver Midstream Inc. by the Straddle Plant Operator.

  • Straddle Tax Period means any taxable period beginning on or before and ending after the Closing Date.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection.   • Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter's balance and/or nomination requirements.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • PRE-2017 NET OPERATING LOSS CARRYFORWARD means any net operating loss incurred in a taxable year beginning before January 1, 2017, to the extent such loss was permitted, by a resolution or ordinance of the Municipality that was adopted by the Municipality before January 1, 2016, to be carried forward and utilized to offset income or net profit generated in such Municipality in future taxable years.(B) For the purpose of calculating municipal taxable income, any pre-2017 net operating loss carryforward may be carried forward to any taxable year, including taxable years beginning in 2017 or thereafter, for the number of taxable years provided in the resolution or ordinance or until fully utilized, whichever is earlier.

  • Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax period beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.

  • Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Imbalances means over-production or under-production or over-delivery or under-delivery with respect to Hydrocarbons produced from the Properties, regardless of whether the same arise at the wellhead, pipeline, gathering system, transportation system, processing plant, or any other location, including any imbalances under gas balancing or similar agreements, production handling agreements, processing agreements, and/or gathering or transportation agreements.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
