Strata Titles Act definition

Strata Titles Act means the Strata Titles Act 1985 of the State.

Strata Titles Act means Strata Management Act 2013 and the statutory amendments and/or re-enactments thereof.

• A rescission of a residence contract under section 14 or 16 shall have effect notwithstanding that the residence contract may also be subject to the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985 and nothing in this section shall derogate from the rights of a purchaser under that Act.

• Subregulation (6) does not apply to residential premises to which the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985 apply if the strata company relating to the premises provides and maintains adequate lighting, outside of daylight hours, to the main entry to the premises.

• If residential premises in a retirement village are strata titled, the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985 and any relevant by-laws also apply.The Aged Care Act 1997 (Commonwealth) applies to residential care services provided under that Act by the administering body of a retirement village.

• It is a term of every residential tenancy agreement that a contribution levied on a proprietor under the Strata Titles Act 1985 section 36 cannot be passed on to a tenant.

• In this clause — scheme has the meaning given to that term in the Strata Titles Act 1985 section 3(1);strata company has the meaning given to that term in the Strata Titles Act 1985 section 3(1).

• Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to allotments in the same site under the Strata Titles Act 1988 or in the same community parcel under the Community Titles Act 1996.
