Strategy Calculation Day definition

Strategy Calculation Day means any day on which the offices of Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York are open for business.
Strategy Calculation Day means each day specified as such in the Relevant General Strategy Description and/or Other Relevant Strategy Documentation Elements, or if not so specified, shall mean any day on which the offices of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York are open for business.

  • However, the Strategy will not be able to unwind its positions in any affected trades immediately, only on the following Strategy Calculation Day.

  • Rebalancing Date (dr,n(d')) for such Component (n) and such Preceding Commodity Alpha Strategy Calculation Day (d'), the Target Component Weight corresponding to such Component (n).

  • The level (the "Strategy Tradable Level") of a GS Strategy in respect of each Strategy Calculation Day will depend on the daily mark-to-market change in the value of the position in each Terminal Component included in such GS Strategy.

  • Therefore, the Strategy Sponsor will also calculate a level (the "Strategy Timely Level") of a GS Strategy in respect of each Strategy Calculation Day.

Related to Strategy Calculation Day

  • Calculation Day means any Index Business Day during the Calculation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.

  • Valuation Day means any day on which Repo Custodian is open for business.

  • Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and New York City;

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;
