Other Applicable Conditions. Child rearing leaves will be without pay. Benefits will not be accumulated during the period of the leave. In the case of a probationary employee, the time accrued during such leave shall not be credited to the probationary period for the purpose of obtaining tenure. Upon returning from such leave, the employee will be placed at the salary consistent with the salary when they began their leave. All benefits to which the employee was entitled at the time of the leave will be restored upon return.

  • Construction Requirements (a) All Life and Safety and applicable Building Codes will be strictly enforced (i.e., tempered glass, fire dampers, exit signs, smoke detectors, alarms, etc.).
