Examples of Street Townhouse Dwelling in a sentence
For lands within a Downtown (D5) Zone, Institutional Zone, Commercial and Mixed Use (C1) Zone, Transit Oriented Corridor (TOC3) Zone, Agriculture (A1), Rural (A2) or Settlement Residential (S1) Zone, a maximum of one Secondary Dwelling Unit shall be permitted within a Single Detached Dwelling, a Semi-Detached Dwelling or Street Townhouse Dwelling.
The maximum Gross Floor Area shall not exceed the lesser of 75.0 square metres or the Gross Floor Area of the principal Single Detached Dwelling, the Semi-Detached Dwelling Unit or the Street Townhouse Dwelling Unit.
Notwithstanding Section 5.2 b) of this By-law, no required parking space contained within an attached garage shall be less than 2.7 metres by 6.0 metres for a Street Townhouse Dwelling Unit in a TOC3 Zone.

Notwithstanding Subsection i) herein, a minimum 2.8 metres in width and 5.8 metres in length shall be permitted within an above ground or underground parking structure, but shall not apply to an attached or detached garage to a Block Townhouse Dwelling, Duplex Dwelling, Maisonette Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Single Detached Dwelling, or Street Townhouse Dwelling.
Street Townhouse Dwelling 1 for each unit, except in the case of a unit,having a floor area not exceeding 51.0 square metres, which shall require 0.165 spaces for each unit.(Amended: By-law 2012-034, S.38) Studio 1 for each 62.0 square metres of the gross floor area which accommodates such use.
In the case of a Street Townhouse Dwelling containing two Dwelling Units and any Street Townhouse Dwelling with an Additional Dwelling Unit (Detached), each additional required parking space may be arranged in tandem behind the first required space.
All uses prescribed in Table A1, save and except for Street Townhouse Dwelling, shall be subject to Tables A3.1 and A3.2. All special provisions in Table A3.2 apply to Table A3.1. Other standards are provided in Section 5: General Provisions.
The off-street parking required for such dwelling shall not be located within the minimum front yard or the minimum side yard abutting a street, except in the case of a Street Townhouse Dwelling containing two Dwelling Units or any Street Townhouse Dwelling containing an Additional Dwelling Unit (Detached), in which case one required off-street parking space may be located in a driveway within the minimum front yard or minimum side yard abutting a street.
