Structural Defect definition

Structural Defect means any defect in the load-bearing portions of a new home that adversely affects its load-bearing function to the extent that the home becomes or is in serious danger of becoming unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise uninhabitable.
Structural Defect means any defects/damages caused to the structural members of the towers/buildings, common amenities due to poor workmanship or poor quality of material used or due to provisioning of services in the towers/building by reason of which the Allottee is prevented from the use and enjoyment of the Apartment or the common areas. Provided however, it shall not include defects/damages caused due to any latent defects in the material supplied or due to any defects/damages caused by action of the Allottee of the apartments or due to the following events: -
Structural Defect means a hole or crack in the tank por- tion of the UST system, which has either caused a release from the system or is being repaired to prevent a release from the system.

Structural Defect means a defect in a structural element of a building that —
