Structured Investment Product definition

Structured Investment Product or "SIP" means any structured product as such term is provided in the SFO and shall include any structured investment product offered by DBS, from time to time, in accordance with Section D (whether in the form of a deposit, instrument or structured note) other than (a) an OTC derivative product (as may be defined in the SFO from time to time); and (b) a regulated investment agreement (as defined in the SFO) ;
Structured Investment Product means any investment that packages two or more products into one offering and derives its value based on the return or partial return of one or all products or any variation thereof.
Structured Investment Product or “SIP” means any structured investment product of a type which the Bank may, from time to time, make available subject to these Investment Terms and Conditions.

If the amounts under the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program equal at least one million dollars, the investment threshold requirement of this chapter is deemed to have been met.
