Student Conduct Officer means a college adminis- trator to whom the president or vice president of student services designates responsibility to implement and enforce the student conduct code. The president or vice president can reassign any and all of the student conduct officer's duties or responsibilities as set forth in this chapter as reasonably necessary.
Student Conduct Officer means a member of the Student Conduct Committee authorized on a case-by-case basis by the Student Conduct Administrator to perform the duties of the Student Conduct Officer under this Code. Student Conduct Officers typically include Deans, Assistant Deans, Directors of Residence Life, Assistant Directors of Residence Life, and the Director of Student Conduct.

The Director of Housing, or his or her designee, may, initiate non-academic misbehavior charges with the Student Conduct Officer at any time.
The Student Conduct Officer shall maintain disciplinary files in the name of the student respondents.
The Dean or designee will consider all material discovered by the Student Conduct Officer and may consider any additional information the complainant or respondent would like to be considered.
The respondent receives written notice of alleged violations from the Student Conduct Officer.
At the end of the investigation, the Student Conduct Officer will make a determination and will notify respondent, in writing, of the outcome of the investigation and, if appropriate, the corresponding disciplinary action.
