  • Adjustments to the Subcontract Price and/or Subcontract Schedule agreed under a Variation shall not be open to renegotiation.

  • The Subcontract Price and/or Subcontract Schedule shall be subject to adjustment only as a result of a Variation signed by Contractor.

  • Consistent with ARTICLE 7 - PROPERTY of the Subcontract Schedule of Articles, the Subcontractor shall be responsible for the cost of maintenance and repairs of all GFE.

  • The Subcontract Schedule shall be complete in all respects and shall include a personnel forecast by classification.

  • Without notice to or the consent of Subcontractor’s surety, Contractor may at any time direct changes in Subcontractor’s Work consisting of additions, deletions, reductions, or other revisions to the Scope of Work and/or Subcontract Schedule (“Subcontract Change Order”).

  • In addition, service contractors (excluding construction contracts) shall provide quarterly reports specifying lost-time frequency rate, number of lost-time injuries, exposure, and accident/incident dollar losses as specified in the Subcontract Schedule.

  • The Work shall be performed in accordance with the Subcontract Schedule set forth in Exhibit "C" Form B Milestone and Payment Schedule.
