Subcontractor Documentation definition

Subcontractor Documentation means the list of subcontractors and subprocessors available on the Site (as updated from time to time);

  • All Subcontractor Documentation is subject to the provisions above as well as the review and approval by ABB Contractor.

  • On termination of the Subcontract, Subcontractor shall immedi- ately deliver to ABB Contractor all specifications, programs and other information, data, and Subcontractor Documentation regarding the Ser- vices which exist in any form whatsoever at the date of such termina- tion, whether or not then complete.

Related to Subcontractor Documentation

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Participant Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a Person may access the SEF operated by BSEF as a Participant. Participant Documentation shall not include DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
