Substantial Completion Date. The date established herein by which the Construction Manager shall achieve Substantial Completion. The Substantial Completion Date may be modified only by Change Order or Change Directive in accordance with the Agreement. In the event the Project is to be completed in parts or phases, references in the Agreement to the “Substantial Completion Date” and all rights and obligations associated therewith, shall individually apply to the Substantial Completion Date of each such part or phase.

Related to Subcontractors at all tiers

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
