No request for Substantial Completion inspection is to be submitted until the Contractor has obtained a Certificate(s) of Occupancy, Certificate of Completion or Completion or a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or any other approvals from agencies having jurisdiction over the Work.
The Code Enforcement Officer shall be permitted to issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy allowing the temporary occupancy of a building or structure, or a portion thereof, prior to completion of the work which is the subject of a Building Permit.
