Subdivision Works definition

Subdivision Works means all works (particularly the operational works and the Water Connection Works) required to be completed pursuant to the conditions of the development approval/s listed in Schedule 1 and conditions of any required Water Approval.
Subdivision Works. - means all works (particularly the Operational Works and the Water Connection Works) required to be completed pursuant to conditions of the development approval/s and conditions of any required Water Approval for a subdivision development.

Examples of Subdivision Works in a sentence

  • This condition applies to both the Construction Certificate and Subdivision Works Certificate applications.

  • A Construction Certificate or Subdivision Works Certificate for the proposed development shall only be issued when the accompanying plans, specifications and/or details are consistent with the approved Development Application design plans.

  • All compliance certificate applications must be accompanied by documentary evidence from the developers Subdivision Works Accredited Certifier (SWAC) certifying that the specific work for which a certificate is sought has been completed in accordance with the terms of the development consent, the construction certificate, Tweed Shire Council’s Development Control Plan Part A5 - Subdivisions Manual and Councils Development Design and Construction Specifications.

  • Details demonstrating compliance shall be provided to the certifier with the Subdivision Works Certificate application.

  • Landscaping Design Drawings for Subdivision Works showing details of Parks/Reserve Planting, Street Tree Planting, Buffer Zone Planting and any Hillslope Development Works if applicable.

  • All works requiring approval under the Roads Act 1993 (except standard vehicular crossings) or Local Government Act 1993 must be approved PRIOR to the issue of any Construction Certificate or Subdivision Works Certificate.

Subdivision Works means the works to be carried out to the Land by or behalf of UrbanGrowth pursuant to the VCA and the Development Plan.

  • Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.

  • Subdivision means the division of a piece of land into two or more portions;

  • Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.

  • Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.

  • Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.

  • Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.

  • Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.

  • Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.

  • Manufactured Home Park or Subdivision means a parcel (or contiguous parcels) of land divided into two or more manufactured home lots for rent or sale.

  • Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • Constructed wetlands means areas intentionally designed and created to emulate the water quality improvement function of wetlands for the primary purpose of removing pollutants from stormwater.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Urban area means Maricopa and Pima counties, excluding Tribal Lands.

  • Recreational area means areas, excluding private single family residential areas, designated for active play, recreation or public assembly in parks, sports fields, picnic grounds, amphitheaters or golf course tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds and greens.

  • Local Subdivision Contribution means the Local Subdivision financial share used for the sole and express purpose for paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for completion of the project.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.
