Subject Division definition

Subject Division means the Equity Interests and assets constituting the division or business described on Schedule 1.01.
Subject Division means, from the applicable Subject Division Commencement Date to the applicable Subject Division Termination Date, each division of an Originator resulting from the acquisition, merger, consolidation or other business combination of any Person into such Originator or the acquisition by any Originator of any Person’s assets.
Subject Division means a division established by a Society or Societies under Section 10 for Members having a common interest in special branches of the Chemical Sciences.

  • Sub-Division means a sub-division of a district;
