Examples of Submitted Item in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall submit any further or other information, data and documents that the Authority's Representative reasonably requires in order to determine whether he has a basis for raising comments or making objections to any Submitted Item in accordance with this Schedule.

  • Developing List of Documentation to be Submitted (Item C above): • It is recommended that there be a one-to-one correspondence between the Supplemental Bidder Responsibility Criteria and the documentation requested.

  • If the Contractor does not submit any such information, data and documents, the Authority's Representative shall be entitled to: comment on the Submitted Item on the basis of the information, data and documents which have been provided; or object to the Submitted Item on the grounds that insufficient information, data and documents have been provided to enable the Authority's Representative to determine whether he has a legitimate basis for commenting or objecting in accordance with this Schedule.

  • Drawings - Site Plan 1:500 A "Level A - no comment" endorsement or a "Level B - proceed subject to amendment as noted" endorsement of any 1:500 scale site plan means that hubco may proceed to construct in accordance with the Submitted Item and that the Authority is satisfied that the design and other information contained in the relevant drawing satisfies Operational Functionality.

  • The Contractor may vary, amend or replace any Contractor's Contractual Method Statement provided that the Submitted Item has been submitted to the Authority in accordance with the Review Procedure and the arrangements set out in the Review Procedure followed.

  • Each submission under the Review Procedure shall be accompanied by a copy of the proposed document to be reviewed (including, where applicable, any Reviewable Design Data) or a statement of the proposed course of action (the entire contents of a submission being referred to in this Schedule Part 7 (Review Procedure) as a "Submitted Item").

  • End item means the final production product when assembled or completed and ready for delivery under a line item of this contract.

  • Submitted Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Submitted Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).

  • Disputed Items has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).

  • Credit Voucher means a document executed by a Merchant evidencing any refund or price adjustment relating to Cards to be credited to a Cardholder account.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Excluded Items means any items which the Committee determines shall be excluded in fixing Performance Goals, including, without limitation, any gains or losses from discontinued operations, any extraordinary gains or losses and the effects of accounting changes.

  • Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(e).

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Excess Inventory means all Inventory and Special Inventory possessed or owned by Flextronics that is not required for consumption to satisfy the next [***] of demand for Products under the then-current purchase order(s) and forecast.

  • Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Tax-Related Items means any income tax, social insurance, payroll tax, fringe benefit tax, payment on account or other tax-related items arising out of or in relation to a Participant’s participation in the Plan, including, but not limited to, the exercise of a Purchase Right and the receipt of shares of Common Stock or the sale or other disposition of shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Competitive Bid Reduction has the meaning specified in Section 2.01.

  • Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Submittals means all shop drawings, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, schedules, samples, and other data which are prepared by the Contractor, a Subcontractor, manufacturer, Supplier, or distributor, which illustrate how specific portions of the Work shall be fabricated or installed.

  • Competitive Bid Quote Request means the notice, in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto, to be delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.03 in requesting Competitive Bid Quotes.

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.
