Judicial officer means any justice or judge of a court of record or any county
The judge means the judge or the substitute judge of the juvenile and domestic relations district
Judicial office means the office filled by any judicial officer.
Member of the judge s family” means a spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or other relative or person with whom the judge maintains a close familial relationship. See Rules 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, and 3.11.
subordinate court means a court of St Helena subordinate to the Supreme Court that has been established by Ordinance, and includes the exercise of any power or jurisdiction in relation to an inquiry conferred on a Coroner by the Coroners Ordinance or any Ordinance amending or replacing that Ordinance;
Vice President when used with respect to the Company or the Trustee, means any vice president, whether or not designated by a number or a word or words added before or after the title "vice president".
President means the President of the Corporation.
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Chief law enforcement officer means the chief of police of cities and towns and sheriffs of counties, unless a political subdivision has otherwise designated its chief law-enforcement officer by appropriate resolution or ordinance, in which case the local designation shall be controlling.
Treasurer means the Treasurer of the Corporation.
Competent Officer means any officer authorized by the Corporation to act on behalf of the Corporation under this Contract.
Assistant means a person who, under the terms of appointment of an arbitrator, conducts research or provides assistance to that arbitrator;
Assistant Treasurer means an Assistant Treasurer of the Corporation.
Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Chief means Chief Agri/Industrial, a division of Chief Industries, Inc.
Chief Officer means the Officer appointed by the Integration Joint Board in accordance with section 10 of the Act;
medical officer means any medical practitioner who is registered under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Xxx 0000 and who falls within the coverage clause of this Agreement and who is not a medical specialist.
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Provincial Officer means any person designated in writing by the Minister as a provincial officer pursuant to section 5 of the OWRA or section 5 of the EPA or section 17 of PA;
Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner thereof.
The President means the Board of Governors, IISER Bhopal.

Responsible Financial Officer means, with respect to any Person, the chief financial officer or treasurer of such Person or any other officer, partner or member having substantially the same authority and responsibility.
