Subordinate Lien Trustee definition

Subordinate Lien Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association as trustee or its permitted successor as trustee under the Subordinate Trust Agreement.
Subordinate Lien Trustee means the trust company or bank serving as trustee under the Subordinate Lien Indenture.

  • Senior Representative means, with respect to any series of Permitted First Priority Refinancing Debt, Permitted Second Priority Refinancing Debt or other Indebtedness, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under the indenture or agreement pursuant to which such Indebtedness is issued, incurred or otherwise obtained, as the case may be, and each of their successors in such capacities.

  • Senior Lien means the Liens on the Senior Collateral in favor of the Senior Secured Parties under the Senior Collateral Documents.

  • Senior Secured Parties means the Credit Agreement Secured Parties and any Additional Senior Debt Parties.

  • Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement means the Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H among the Administrative Agent and one or more Senior Representatives for holders of Permitted Second Priority Refinancing Debt, with such modifications thereto as the Administrative Agent may reasonably agree.
