Subordinated Guaranty definition

Subordinated Guaranty means, collectively, (i) the Guaranty executed and delivered by certain Subsidiaries of WWI pursuant to Section 4.13 of the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture and (ii) each other guaranty, if any, executed from time to time by any Subsidiary of WWI pursuant to which the guarantor thereunder has any Contingent Liability with respect to any Subordinated Debt.
Subordinated Guaranty means any Guarantee of a Subordinated Note issued by a Borrower that is subject to a valid and enforceable Subordination Agreement.
Subordinated Guaranty means, collectively, any guaranty executed from time to time by any Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to which the guarantor thereunder has any Contingent Liability with respect to any Subordinated Debt, such Contingent Liability to be subordinated on the same terms and conditions.
