Subordinated Lien Security Documents definition

Subordinated Lien Security Documents means, collectively, any documents, agreements or instruments now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create (or purport to create) Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any Subordinated Lien Obligations.
Subordinated Lien Security Documents means, collectively, the CF Security Documents and the Bonds Security Documents.
Subordinated Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Subordinated Lien Debt Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, provided that “Subordinated Lien Security Documents” shall not include any indenture, credit agreement, note purchase agreement or similar agreement governing any Series of Subordinated Lien Debt unless one of the primary purposes thereof is to provide for the granting of Liens in the Collateral.

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Québec Hypothec and any other Loan Document that grants or purports to xxxxx x Xxxx on any Canadian Collateral.

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • Subordinated Debt Documents means any documents evidencing and/or securing Debt governed by a Subordination Agreement, all of which documents must be in form and substance acceptable to Agent in its sole discretion. As of the Closing Date, there are no Subordinated Debt Documents.

  • Note Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Note Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.
