Subscriber Content and Services definition

Subscriber Content and Services means any content and/or services that a Subscriber provides or makes available to Users and/or the general public in connection with the ChargePoint Services, other than Content, ChargePoint Services and CPI Property.

  • Subscriber is permitted to access, use and publicly display the Content with Subscriber Content and Services in Subscriber’s API Implementation, subject to the following requirements and limitations.

  • As between ChargePoint and Subscriber, Subscriber retains and reserves all right, title and interest (including all related Intellectual Property Rights) in and to (i) all Subscriber Marks and (ii) all Subscriber Content and Services (collectively, the “Subscriber Property”).

  • The foregoing license includes a right of CPI to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute all Subscriber Content and Services submitted, posted or displayed by Subscriber in the ChargePoint Services, solely for the purpose of enabling CPI to operate, market and promote the ChargePoint Services, and to index and serve such Subscriber Content and Services as search results through ChargePoint Services.

  • At national level, consultations took place with the Civil Society and Indigenous Peoples Concertation Platform on REDD+ (CACO-REDD+), which is composed of platforms, networks, NGOs and indigenous peoples' organizations legally recognized in the Republic of Congo.

  • As between CPI and Subscriber, Subscriber retains and reserves all right, title and interest (including all related Intellectual Property Rights) in and to ( i) all Subscriber Marks and (ii) all Subscriber Content and Services (collectively, the “Subscriber Property”).

  • The following additional definitions shall apply to the API Terms.1.1 1.1 "API Implementation" means a Subscriber software application or website that uses any of the APIs to obtain and display Content in conjunction with Subscriber Content and Services.

Related to Subscriber Content and Services

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
