Subscriber Location definition

Subscriber Location means each separate office, or premises of a Subscriber;
Subscriber Location means physical location at which you tell CenturyLink to deliver the Service.
Subscriber Location means physical location at which you tell Brightspeed to deliver the Service.

Examples of Subscriber Location in a sentence

  • You agree to make available separate electrical sources, circuits, and power with suitable outlets at your Subscriber Location to support your Service, and you are responsible to make sure all electrical connections are properly grounded.

  • At your election, arbitration hearings will take place in the federal judicial district of your Subscriber Location.

  • If the 911 activation is rejected or your Subscriber Location Information fails for any reason, you will be notified by email and you should either not move your Subscriber Location or have an alternative means of accessing 911 services.

  • CenturyLink will provide you with Equipment needed for the Service to the Subscriber Location.

  • CenturyLink will confirm – or may reject -- your request to change your 911 Subscriber Location Information.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Google acknowledges that Customer may provide Subscribers with notice and obtain Subscriber’s consent prior to disclosing Subscriber Location Data to Google and that such notice and consent will be developed and approved solely by Customer.

  • Brightspeed will confirm – or may reject -- your request to change your 911 Subscriber Location Information.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else in this Rider or Agreement, Customer shall not be obligated to provide Subscriber Location Data beyond that permitted by applicable law.

  • Subject to the conditions of this Agreement including Section 4 below, Customer shall provide Google with access to Subscriber Location Data for the uses permitted by Section 4 below.

  • For this reason, CenturyLink recommends that you always have some alternative means of accessing 911 services from the Subscriber Location.

Related to Subscriber Location

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • ATMs means an automated teller or cash machine operated by us or by someone else, where your debit card will be accepted.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Principal Location has the meaning assigned thereto in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Good Reason, above.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Remote location means a location from which a member of a legislative body participates in a meeting pursuant to subdivision (f), other than any physical meeting location designated in the notice of the meeting. Remote locations need not be accessible to the public.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) codes provide a unique 11-character representation of a network interconnection point. The first 8 characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last 3 characters identify the network component.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
