Subscriber Users definition

Subscriber Users means those employees, directors, principals, officers and temporary employees who are authorised by Customer to use the Subscription Service.

Examples of Subscriber Users in a sentence

  • By posting or uploading User Content, Customer is granting Silobreaker a revocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, limited licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and allow Customer and Subscriber Users to view and use the User Content in whole or in part or in any form during any Subscription Period.

  • Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Period, purchase additional User Accounts in excess of the number agreed in the Order Confirmation and Silobreaker shall grant access to the Subscription Service to such additional Subscriber Users in accordance with the additional Order Confirmation and provisions of this XXXX.

  • It is Customer’s responsibility to remove any User Content that Customer has created or uploaded and that Customer wishes not to remain accessible/visible to other Subscriber Users before the Subscription Service expires.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscribers means at any time either an individual (other than a trust) or an individual (other than a trust) and the spouse or common-law partner of such individual who is/are named as such in the Application, or the Public Primary Caregiver of a Beneficiary, and in particular:

  • Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail.   • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of data or any form that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic data or content data, by which can be established-

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
